Copying the Report Definition file
Make a backup copy of the Report Definition file before you make any changes to it.
1 Open the reports.rpt file in a text editor such as Microsoft Notepad.
2 Click File > Save As.
3 Select the new drive and path.
4 Type a name for the file, and then click OK.
