Makeup of the encyclopedia

All these files are either copied from the executable directory when a new encyclopedia is created, or created while you are doing work (creating diagrams, drawing and defining symbols, and so on). The encyclopedia contains:

•a relational database, consisting of two tables:

•entity: see Entity table overview

•relationship: see Relationship table overview

•one file (.DGX) for each graphical diagram: see Graphical diagram files

•one metafile (.WMF) for each graphical diagram: see Graphical diagram files

•four files (SAPROPS.CFG, SAPROPS.BIN, SADECAR.CFG, and USRPROPS.TXT) that determine the configuration of that encyclopedia: see Configuration files overview

•one or more .STY format files: see Encyclopedia format files.
