You enter the columns that define a table in the grid on the Columns tab on the entity dialog box. To see all of the properties of a column in one dialog box instead of the grid, select the column in the grid and click Define under the grid.

Opens a list of previously defined data that can be reused in the table definition. You can drag items from the list into the Columns grid to create new columns.
