You can import and export information to and from your IDEF models using CSV, text, or Interchange Definition Language (IDL). The IDL file format is the format that all IDEF vendors use to exchange models from one tool to another. Importing a file in the IDL file format automatically builds a model for you.

You can keep track of duration, milestones, budgeted cost, actual cost, and priority by defining project data in a Function/Activity definition. Once you have defined the project data, you can export it to CSV format for use in Oracle Primavera Project Management software.
