The user will then be presented with a standard windows dialog to select the IER Matrix File.
3 Select the File For Import and Open.
4 Click Run.
Finished product will be Information Exchange, Operational Activity, Operational Node, and Organizational Unit Definitions are created or updated. The appropriate Operational Activities will be assigned to their Operational Nodes, and the appropriate Organizational Units will be assigned to their Owning Organizations.
Note There is nothing needed in the current encyclopedia to run this utility. There must be a properly formatted Excel file for importing (see xlreport.xlt in the DoDAF directory).
