CapabilityConfiguration
In NAF 4 and UAF, a composite structure representing the physical and human resources (and their interactions) in an enterprise, assembled to meet a capability. It is a subtype of ResourceArchitecture, which in turn is a subtype of ResourcePerformer. CapabilityConfiguration contains a grouping of Resources.
You can specify the component Resources of a CapabilityConfiguration in its ComposedOf property. You may specify any combination of Systems, Persons, Posts, ResourceArtifacts, and so on – any kind of ResourcePerformer.
You may also specify the Milestones of a CapabilityConfiguration, and their dates, in its Milestones tab.
You can specify the CapabilityConfigurations that enable a Capability in the Capability’s NAF (or UAF) tab, Performer property.
You can run a Cr – Capabilities and their Capabilities Over Time report (see Pr – Configuration Management) to show what Capabilities are enabled by what CapabilityConfigurations at what dates.
