You can automatically create a Capability Dependencies diagram from a Capability Taxonomy diagram.

1 With the Capability Taxonomy diagram open and in focus, save the most recent changes that you have made to the diagram by clicking File > Save Diagram.

2 Click Tools > NAF Utilities > Convert NCV-2 to NCV-4.

Result

The Capability Dependencies diagram is generated. Capability symbols that are drawn beneath other Capability symbols, denoting containment, are drawn in their parent Capability symbol on the Capability Dependencies diagram. The following images demonstrate a diagram converted between both diagram types by showing a Capability Dependencies diagram on the left and a Capability Taxonomy diagram on the right.
