Drawing System Resources on NSV-2 diagrams for NAF 3
You can draw system resources on a NSV-2a System Port Specification diagram to provide more detail to the system interfaces that are seen on the NSV-1 Resource Interaction Specification diagram.
1 Draw a Class on the NSV-2a System Port Specification diagram, and specify a stereotype of <<System Resource>>.
2 To center the class name and stereotype, perform the following steps:
▪Select the class symbol; then click Format > Symbol Format > Text Position.
▪In the dialog box, choose symbol name and text positioning.
3 Draw any required association lines between classes.
