The ability of a business to ‘do stuff’ – more formally, an ability that a business possesses or exchanges to achieve a particular purpose. TOGAF 9.2 introduces this concept as a lower-level and more delineated definition than the higher-level Capability definition of previous TOGAF versions – which was aligned only with Work Packages.
