Statement of architecture work
You can record architecture work intentions by creating a Statement of Architecture Work definition.
You can publish the information in the Statement of Architecture Work definition to a Word document. You do this by running a Word Report provided in System Architect with the TOGAF option turned on.

Textually describe what the background and project context is.

Describe what the project is all about; in and out of scope.

Describe what the vision is and how that drives the architecture development.

Describe how the project is to be managed.

Scope change procedures
Describe how change will be managed.
Responsibilities/Deliverables
Describe who is responsible for delivery; what will be delivered.
Acceptance procedures
Describe how the new architecture will be accepted, plus who is responsible for accepting it and what are the acceptance criteria.

Project plan and schedule
Describe the plan and schedule.
Continuum support
Describe how the organization enterprise continuum will be supported.
