The Work Package definition is built during Phase E: Opportunities and Solutions of the TOGAF ADM. Then you can examine Work Packages and their interrelationships to other aspects of the architecture by creating a project context diagram.

The project context diagram can be exported to UNICOM Systems, Inc. Focal Point via a Focal Point profile, if the Focal Point tool has been purchased. Analysis can be done on the Work Package definition in Focal Point and the results of prioritizations done in Focal Point can be bought back as an attribute of the definition.
