This dialog displays report output in draft form. That means, whatever formatting you applied to your report is not visible. To print the formatted report output, click Print, instead of Draft.
To view draft report output
1 Access the Reports dialog.
2 Select a report from the list.
3 Click Draft to display the Draft dialog with the report name and page range in the dialog banner.
