Areas, input fields, and buttons in Page Setup dialog
Margins
Use this field to specify the amount of white space from the edge of the page to the report body. Enter a number (in inches or centimeters) up to two decimal places such as, .25 (1/4 inch) or .635 (1/4 centimeter) which specifies to start printing the report body a quarter inch from the edge of the paper.
Note Do not use the minus (-) sign before the number such as, -.25. A negative number prints the edge of the report body off the page.
For more information, see MARGIN subcommand, LEFTMARGIN subcommand, RIGHTMARGIN subcommand, TOPMARGIN subcommand, and BOTTOMMARGIN subcommand.
Column wrap
Use this field to specify how to print the text in a column when the column is wider than the printed page. A check mark in this field makes the information in the wide column wrap around on the same page.
Click the checkbox to remove the check mark if you want the text in the column to be printed on the adjacent page (the width of the report may be multiple pages).
For more information, see WIDTH subcommand.
Border
The Border section of the Page Setup dialog enables you to print a border on each report page, specify its pen style and how far from the edge of the report body it should print.
To print a border on each report page:

For more information, see BORDER subcommand.
b To set the amount of white space between the border and the report text, type a negative number (such as, -.25 in inches or -.635 in centimeters) in the Offset from body field. Alternatively, to set the border inside the report text, type a positive number in this field.
For more information, see BORDEROFFSET subcommand.
