Copying the Report Definition file
You should make a backup copy of the Report Definition file before you make any changes to the standard report information in it.
1 Open the reports.rpt file in a text editor such as, Microsoft Notepad.
2 Click File > Save As...
3 Choose the new drive and path if different from the one displayed.
4 Type the new file name for your file.
5 Click OK.
6 Select File > Exit to close Microsoft Notepad.
