Editing and adding the report sort criteria
From the Add Report dialog or the Edit <report name> dialog (see Edit <report name> dialog):
1 Click Properties to Print to display the Select <class> Properties to Print dialog.
2 Add some properties to report on, using the Add button.
3 In the Properties to Sort box, tick those fields to be used for sorting (at least one field must be selected and this is enforced by the user interface).
4 Also in the Properties to Sort box:
Click C:\Users\wjn\AppData\Local\Temp\506626\html\bitmaps\sortup.gif to move a selected ticked item up the list
or
Click C:\Users\wjn\AppData\Local\Temp\506626\html\bitmaps\sortdown.gif to move a selected ticked item down the list.
5 Click OK.
