The ONLINE subcommand is used in the SETTING command in Rules check reports only. The structure of this statement is:
SETTING { ONLINE [ YES | NO ] }
This subcommand is used to place an error mark (a circle with a slash through it) on the symbol containing an error. The ONLINE subcommand is only used in rules checks reports, because it is dependent on conditions within the symbol in addition to conditions within the report. For example, if a user were to write a report to locate data structures, and use the ONLINE subcommand, it would not do anything.
Note The ONLINE subcommand can only be placed in a report in text mode. For more information, see Edit <report name> – Text Mode dialog. This function is not supported by the Report Editor.
