Click to watch in new tab.
A functional user is registered for the Focal Point® consumer key on an application server for the Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM). Functional users can update values from linked artifacts in CLM applications without manual authentication.
Before you begin
You must have CLM administrator credentials to access the Jazz Team Server administration page.
You must access the CLM application server configuration page of the relevant CLM application server. For example:
For the Requirements Management application in the Rational solution for CLM, go to:
https://example.com:9443/jts/admin
and then click Jazz Team Server - Server Administration.
For the Change and Configuration Management application in the Rational solution for CLM, go to:
https://example.com:9443/ccm/admin
Focal Point® must be registered as an inbound consumer for the CLM application. For more information, see Registering Focal Point® as an inbound consumer in a CLM application.
A user must be available in Focal Point®.
