Lesson 2: Create users
A user is assigned certain privileges to do tasks in the application. In this lesson, you learn to create two users, Tim Jeffs, who has the global administrative privilege, and Carl Riggs, who has regular privileges.
In this tutorial, Tim Jeffs configures the integration and Carl Riggs creates and publishes the business needs to the IBM Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management applications.

Steps
1 On the menu bar, click the user name which, in this case, is Admin. Then, click Administration. Click the Users tab, and then click Add User.
2 Set these properties:

Type Tim Jeffs
Login name
Type Tim
Password
Type password123
User Type
Select Global Administrator
3 Click OK.
4 Repeat the steps to create another user Carl Riggs, and in the User Type field, select Regular User.
