A workspace is a container for modules, views, elements, and a common set of attributes. In this lesson, you create a workspace named Sample Project. You must log in as Admin user. This is because to create a workspace, you must be a global administrator or have the Workspace global permission.
1 On the menu bar, click the user name which, in this case, is Admin. Then, click Administration. Click the General tab, click Workspaces, and then click Add.
2 Set these properties:

Click the Search icon to search, and then and add Tim Jeffs
Select the format to display dates and numbers in
Select English-English (United States)
3 Click OK.
The workspace Sample Project is displayed in the list of workspaces.
