1 Click the Settings icon , and then, from the Configure group, click Attributes.
2 Select the module in which the attribute is defined, and move the mouse pointer over the attribute.
3 Optional: To find the ID of an item in a Choice or Multi attribute:
▪ Select the module in which the Choice or Multi choice attribute is defined.
▪ Select the Choice or Multi choice attribute.
4 Open the list of items, and move the mouse pointer over the item.
The ID is displayed in parentheses in the lower left corner of the web browser.
To find the ID of a module
1 Click the Settings icon and then, from the Configure group, click Modules.
2 Move the mouse pointer over the module.
The ID is displayed in parenthesis in the lower-left corner of the web browser.
To find the ID of a user or member
1 Open the list of users or members:
▪ To open the list of users, click Users > Manage Users.
▪ To open the list of members, click Members > Members.
2 Move the mouse on the Edit all icon in the attribute list.
3 Look for javascript:editElement(XXX) in the bottom of the browser. This parameter is the ID for the member or the user.
To find the ID of a view
1 Click the Settings icon and then, from the Configure group, click Views.
2 Select the view from the list of views.
3 Move the mouse pointer on the Edit all icon in the attribute list.
4 Look for javascript:editElement(XXX) at the bottom of the browser.
The view ID is displayed in parentheses in the lower-left corner of the web browser.
To find the ID number of a workspace
In the list of available workspace, move the mouse pointer over the workspace name. The ID number is displayed in parenthesis in the lower-left corner of the web browser.
