Personas module
You can use the Personas module to describe the fictitious characters that are created to represent the different user types within a targeted demography that might use a product. Personas are given characteristics and are assumed to be in particular environments based on real known business needs so that these elements can be taken into consideration when creating user stories, scenarios or use cases for the conception of a product. Personas are cognitively compelling because they put a personal human face on otherwise abstract data about customers. By thinking about the needs of a fictional character, one will be able to understand what a real user might need.
