In time grid sheets, you can temporarily display summary columns that are based on time intervals. When summary columns are displayed, the sheet is read-only. You can display summary columns for any time interval that summarizes the entered format. For example, if the information is entered by quarter, you can display summary columns by quarter.
Procedure
1 Click the element and the time grid link to the sheet.
2 Click the Menu icon.
3 Click Show sum columns, and then select the time interval.
Results
Additional summary columns that are based on the selected time interval are displayed in the sheet.
