Users cannot access the interviewer session engine
If users are seeing an error message stating that UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer cannot access the interviewer session engine, this may be due a number of reasons. The list below suggests the most common reasons.
▪Installation issues, such as mrIEngWS being installed for the wrong web site.
▪Permissions issues, such as the mrIEngWS anonymous user being set up incorrectly.
▪Firewall issues, such as the firewall blocking traffic between the web and interview tiers.
▪IP issues, such as the address that is visible to the DMZ being different to that seen internally.
▪Protocol issues, such as the interview tier being configured for SSL or for a different port to the web tier.
▪Software issues, such as DPM not running.
