View Quantum Specifications
The View Quantum Specs dialog box provides a handy way to view the Quantum specification files. The dialog box is divided into three sections:
▪The upper left section lists the main Quantum spec files. Select a file in this section to display its contents on the right side.
▪The lower left section lists the grid include files. Select a file in this section to display its contents on the right side.
▪The right side displays the contents of the file selected in the upper or lower section on the left side.
Note If you use the same folder to export Quantum specifications for more than one questionnaire definition, this dialog box will list the Quantum specification files for all of them. It is therefore generally preferable to use a different folder for the Quantum specs for each questionnaire definition.
To open the View Quantum Specs dialog box
From the Metadata Model to Quantum menus, choose View Quantum Specs.
Note This option is not available prior to running the Export Quantum Specification command for the first time or if the spec files are not found in the location in which they were last created.
Tip: Metadata Model to Quantum also gives you the option of opening this dialog box immediately after exporting a Quantum specification.
