Questionnaire Viewer styles
The following list provides some information about the styles used in the mdd.xslt file. However, note that the styles interact with each other. Some of the styles relate to elements that act as containers, or parents, to other elements. When you set a value in a style for the parent element, the value will cascade to all of the associated child elements. You can override the styles that are inherited from the parent element by setting the corresponding attributes on the styles that relate to the child elements.
