Application Log component
All log files have the same basic format. Each message forms a separate line in the file, and each line contains a list of comma-separated values, as follows:
the record length in characters
the date and time at which the record was written
the ID of the component that generated the message. See Component IDs.
the log level. For more information, see Logging levels.
the three-character code of the activity or activity group that generated the message
the log scope. For more information, see Log variables.
the message text. In some files, messages start with the project name (–P name), respondent ID (–R ID) and message type (–I type). Message types in ascending order of severity are INFO, WARNING and ERROR.
