Image naming conventions
Image files
For all DSCs except the Relational MR Database CDSCs, UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper/Scan Add‑on Transfer creates a folder for the image files. UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper/Scan Add‑on Transfer bases the name of this folder on the filename you specify in the Case Data Location text box in the Data Link Properties dialog box. For example, if you specify the path and filename for a transfer as c:\Transfers\museum.dat, UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper/Scan Add‑on creates a folder called c:\Transfers\museum_files\SourceFiles for the image files.
If you are using a Relational MR Database CDSC to export your data to a SQL Server database, UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper/Scan Add‑on Transfer creates a folder for the image files within the default output directory. UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper/Scan Add‑on Transfer bases the name of this folder on the data source name you specify in the Case Data Location text box in the Data Link Properties dialog box. For example, if the default output directory is defined as c:\Transfers and you specify a data source name of museum, UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper/Scan Add‑on creates a folder called c:\Transfers\museum_files\SourceFiles for the image files.
Variables
The variables that hold the details of the image files are named question_name.sourcefile, where question_name represents the name of the question. For example, for a question called foundwa, the variable is called foundwa.sourcefile.
