Virtual printer resolution
Before you run the Transfer to Scanning Software command, ensure that the printer resolution set for the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper/Scan Add‑on virtual printer matches that set for the scanner that will be used to scan the questionnaires.
When you run the transfer, UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper/Scan Add‑on creates a .tiff file for each page of the questionnaire. The size of these files depends on the virtual printer's resolution: the higher the resolution, the larger the files. UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper/Scan Add‑on deletes these files at the end of the transfer, but you need to ensure that sufficient disk space is available.

Changing the resolution of the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper/Scan Add‑on virtual printer
1 From the Windows Start menu choose: Settings > Printers.
2 Select the SCAN printer.
3 From the File menu, choose Printing Preferences.
4 Click Advanced, and then click Resolution in the Graphics folder.
5 Select the appropriate resolution from the list, and then click OK.
