The UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Remote Admin activity allows you to monitor the remote interviewers working on a given project. UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Remote Admin is the server component of UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer, which remote interviewers use to conduct interviews and synchronize their data.

The UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Remote Admin activity provides status information on each remote interviewer, including the number of interviews completed, the number of suspended interviews, and the last time the interviewer synchronized.

Any new UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Offline for Windows synchronization data that is collected is available to appropriately authorized users via the Remote Administration activity. This enables field managers and first-line support personnel to monitor when the interviewers are synchronizing, and determine which records are being synchronized.

You can improve the Remote Administration activity performance, when connecting to the log file for obtaining the last successful or attempted synchronizations, by changing a date filter that forces the query to start on a specified day. You can update the date filter in the RemoteManager web.config file (located at: RemoteManager):
