Starting a new case
Each interview is referred to as a case. In order to start entering data from an interview, a new case must first be created in Console.
To start a new case in Console, do one of the following:
▪Click Case > New Case, or press Alt+C, N.
▪Click New Case on the Interviewer Console toolbar.
When a new case is started, Interviewer Console launches the Data Entry Player.
After starting a new case, the next step is
