Viewing interviewer session history
To view the session history for a given interviewer, select the appropriate interviewer record from the Real Time Display list, and then click the
Session history button
.
Interviewer session history can also be accessed via the Monitor tab (see
Monitoring an interviewer).
The Session History Report dialog displays the session history for the selected interviewer (in ascending order). You can change the sort order by clicking the Session History heading.
The displayed times are based on the server’s time zone.
After reviewing the session history, click OK to exit the dialog.
