Interviewer Monitoring
The Interviewer Monitoring activity provides you the following options to help you manage the performance of your teams:
For the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer projects that you have access to, a list of all interviewers (see Interviewers Real Time display) together with statistics relating to their performance. This view can be set to refresh automatically.
The ability to monitor an interviewer (see Monitoring an interviewer). In this view, your screen automatically synchronizes with the interviewer’s screen so that you can see the question being asked by the interviewer. If the interviewer is using an autodialer to make calls, you can also listen to the interview.
Create and edit project messages for each project (see Entering and editing project messages).
Create and send immediate messages to specific interviewers (see Creating interviewer messages).
Filter the Real Time Display field information (see Defining interviewer filters).
Highlight selected interviewers on the Real Time Display list (see Highlighting interviewers). Highlighted interviewers are placed at the top of the Real Time Display list.
Display the call history for selected interviewers (see Viewing interviewer call history).
Display the session history for selected interviewers (see Viewing interviewer session history).
In addition, if one or more of your UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer projects uses an autodialer, you can use the Interviewer Monitoring activity to monitor the percentage of silent calls (see Monitoring silent calls).
Notes
An interviewer is defined as a UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin user that has opened the Phone Participants activity.
In order to monitor chained projects, supervisors must be assigned to all chained projects (instead of just the primary project).
