Organization Model view
The Organization Model focuses on defining the logical organization needed to support the business, not in functional but in organizational terms, such as job roles, the skills required by those roles, and the teams these roles are divided into. It captures the structure of the enterprise's human resources, what the people can do, the categories in which they are placed, and the means to improve the way they are organized.
