Calculating cost in IDEF0 diagrams
With Activity Based Costing (ABC), you assign costs to activities. Then you reassign activity costs to products, customers, and other cost objects. ABC assigns costs to an activity either by tracing a cost to an activity directly or by allocating a portion of the cost to the activity on a rational basis.
