A series of tasks that need to be completed to reach a specific outcome.
Projects can be fulfilled by sub-Projects and Work Packages, and report to Programs.
You can visualize Projects against time on either of the following diagram types:
•Roadmap diagram – shows milestones of a Project against time. Specify the milestone dates of the Project in the Roadmap tab – and specify if the horizontal bar of the Project shows or is made invisible in the Timeline Display tab (through the Pre-existing and Unending properties).
•Roadmap Marker diagram – shows milestones and active time periods of a Project against time. Specify the time periods and milestone dates of the Project in the Roadmap Marker tab.
