Function
A set of things that the business does; usually close-coupled to/with organizational units.
Examples of Business Functions are: Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Development, and so on – and sub-Functions.
A Process orchestrates how a Function is performed. A Business Capability is the ability for a business to do something, and is delivered by a Function.
