Visually comparing diagrams
The Diagram Compare feature overlays the diagrams you select and displays them as layers in a browser window.
System Architect determines the best opacity for each diagram based on the number of diagrams. You can change the opacity of each diagram with interface controls presented with the diagram comparison.
In addition to opacity controls, the Diagram Compare features provides a Time Dimension option for diagrams whose symbols contain temporal properties (for example, Business Process, Organizational Chart diagrams, and so on). The time frame is determined by the values in the temporal properties, and a Time Dimension Slider bar is displayed, which you can use to go forward or back in time to see how diagram symbols change across time.
The Comparing Encyclopedias feature enables you to compare the contents of two encyclopedias.
