There are three matrix types available in System Architect:
•Using “X” in cell matrices: Restricts input so you can only click or off an "X" in the cell where column and row definitions intersect. The presence of an "X" in a cell indicates a relationship exists.
•Using text-in-cell matrices: Enables you to enter text in the cell where column and row definitions intersect. The presence of text in a cell indicates a relationship exists.
•Using multi-dimensional matrices: Enables you to view, in a tabular layout, multiple "X"-in-cell type matrices that contain overlapping definitions. For example, a matrix in one tab cross-references definitions A and B, a matrix in a second tab cross-references B and C, and a matrix in a third tab cross-references A and C.
