Building NCV-5 Organizational Resource to Resource matrices (NAF 3)
In the NCV-5 Organizational Resource to Resource matrix, you can specify what Organizational Resource performs a Resource.
1 Click View > Matrix Browser.
2 In the Matrix Browser, click the NAF tab; then click NCV-5 Organizational Resource to Resource.
This matrix is multidimensional, therefore all three NCV-5 matrices load at once.
3 Click OK. The matrix listing the Organizational Resources and the Resources in your encyclopedia opens.
4 Click the NCV-5 Organizational Resource to Resource matrix tab; then locate the box at the intersection of the Organizational Resource and the Resource that you want to add.
5 Click the intersecting box.
An “X” is displayed. This adds an Organizational Resource to the Resource.
When you close the matrix, the matrix definitions are automatically saved. You can now view the Resource definition and see that the Organizational Resources have been added to its Related Organizational Units property.
