Test Status frame
The Test status frame provides information about the test that is currently selected, including the name and URL of the project that will be used for interviewing, and whether interviews are being treated as test or live interviews. The frame also shows the following counts which relate to specifications made on these tabs in the Test Configuration dialog box:
General tab
Respondent tab
Interviewer tab (phone only)
Note The available options are dependent on the selected test type (web or phone)
Settings for web survey tests
Current
The number of interviews currently running or queued to run.
Started
The number of interviews that have been started so far; that is, the number that are currently running plus the number that have already finished.
Completed
The number of completed interviews.
Errors
The number of errors that have occurred during this test. These include things such as running out of sample records or the server being down or crashing while the test is running.
Bad answers
The number of incorrect responses selected so far.
Abandons
The number of abandoned (timed out and not restarted) interviews.
Next
The number of times that the Next button has been chosen.
Previous
The number of times that the Previous button has been chosen.
Go to
The number of times that the Go to button has been chosen.
Stop
The number of times that the Stop button has been chosen.
Settings for phone survey tests:
Current
The current number of running interviewers.
Waiting
The current number of waiting interviewers.
Idle
The current number of idle interviewers.
Connected
The current number of connected interviewers.
Interviewing
The current number of interviewers connected and conducting an interview.
Reviewing
The current number of reviewing interviewers.
Calls connected
The current number of connected calls.
Interviews started
The current number of interviews started.
Interviews reviewed
The current number of interviews reviewed.
