Working with the questionnaire definition and UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper documents
UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper uses two main types of files:
Questionnaire definition: Defines the content of the questionnaire--questions and information items. It is created in one of these questionnaire authoring tools: UNICOM Intelligence Author or UNICOM Intelligence Professional.
UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper document: A Word document that has been created using UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper and that defines a paper questionnaire.
You use UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper to format a questionnaire definition that has already been created in one of the questionnaire authoring tools. The first step is to load the questionnaire definition into UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper. You do this using the Load Questionnaire command on the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper menu. As you load the questionnaire definition, you can select an initial Look group, language, and version. The next step is to use the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper and Word features to adjust the formatting. Then you use the standard Save command on the Word File menu to save the paper questionnaire as a Word document.
After you have saved the document in Word, you can go back to it and make further changes. You open it using the standard Open command on the Word File menu.
