Survey Tabulation > Exporting tables

Exporting tables
You export tables using the Exports dialog box.
Export formats
You can export your tables to:
HTML. You can export your tables as HTML for viewing in a browser compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or above. You can also open the HTML tables in Word, and treat them as you would any other Word document. If Microsoft Office 2007 or later is installed on your computer, you can also export tables to HTML as charts.
Microsoft Excel. If Microsoft Office 2007 or later is installed on your computer, you can export tables to Microsoft Excel. From within Excel, you can print them, copy and paste them into other applications, such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint, and manipulate them just as you would any other Excel document.
Microsoft PowerPoint. If Microsoft Office 2007 or later is installed on your computer, you can export tables to PowerPoint as charts (by default) or tables.
Microsoft Word. If Microsoft Office 2007 or later is installed on your computer, you can export tables to Microsoft Word. The export has been designed to create output in Word that looks good, is suitable for printing, and easy to customize.
Text. You can export your tables to a delimited text file (typically a .csv file).
Notes
The export components are only offered as 32-bit, regardless of whether you install the x86 32-bit or x64 64-bit version of UNICOM Intelligence Reporter - Survey Tabulation.
When you first use one of the different types of export, UNICOM Intelligence Reporter - Survey Tabulation downloads and installs a component on your computer. This requires you to have power user or higher privileges on your computer. When you subsequently export to the same format, UNICOM Intelligence Reporter - Survey Tabulation detects that the component has already been downloaded and does not download it again.
If your browser prevents UNICOM Intelligence Reporter - Survey Tabulation from downloading export components, see Installing the export components.
