Viewing interviewer call history
To view the call history for a given interviewer, select the appropriate interviewer record from the Real Time Display list, and then click the Call history button .
Interviewer call history can also be accessed via the Monitor tab (see Monitoring an interviewer).
The Call History Report dialog displays the call history for the selected interviewer (in ascending order). You can change the sort order by clicking the Call History heading.
The displayed times are based on the server’s time zone.
After reviewing the call history, click OK to exit the dialog.
