Export Tables dialog
You use the Exports Tables dialog when you want to export your results to other formats. To open the Exports Tables dialog, choose the following options from the File > Export Tables menu.
Export
All tables
Select if you want to export all of the tables in this table document.
Selected tables
Select if you want to export only those tables that you have selected in the Tables pane. You can select multiple tables using Shift+click or Ctrl+click.
Export tables to
Select the export option you require:
HTML
Exports tables and charts to HTML. The default charting engine when exporting charts is IBM SPSS Visualization; you can also use Microsoft Office Web Components (OWC).

Microsoft Excel
Exports tables and charts to Microsoft Excel. The export creates output in Microsoft Excel that is suitable for printing and easy to manipulate. To use this option, Microsoft Office 2007 or later must be installed.

Microsoft PowerPoint
Exports tables to Microsoft PowerPoint as charts (by default) and tables. Each table or chart is created on a separate Microsoft PowerPoint slide. To use this option, Microsoft Office 2007 or later must be installed. Because PowerPoint Export relies on the Microsoft Excel component, close all Excel files before starting the export.

Microsoft Word
Exports tables and charts to Microsoft Word. The export creates output in Microsoft Word that looks good, is suitable for printing, and is easy to customize. To use this option, Microsoft Office 2007 or later must be installed.

Text file
This option enables you to export tables to a delimited text file (typically, a .csv file).
