UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Synchronization Console
Synchronization is the process of exchanging information between the Interviewer Console client and the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Remote Admin server component. By default, synchronization occurs when the client is not interviewing, the project is closed, and client has not synchronized for a defined length of time. The following information is synchronized:
configuration information from the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Remote Admin
project files from the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Remote Admin, including sample, quota, and respondent data
sample, quota, and respondent data to the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Remote Admin
synchronization and interview logs to the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Remote Admin.
If automatic synchronization is enabled, a pop-up is displayed and the icon in the synchronization system tray changes to indicate that a synchronization is occurring. The administrator decides whether synchronizations will be started automatically or manually.
The UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Synchronization Console is launched from the synchronization system tray and allows interviewers to view synchronization status and other synchronization information.
