Starting and stopping synchronization
After installing UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Synchronization Console, you must first log in to Interviewer Console before starting a synchronization. Logging in to Interviewer Console for the first time registers your user ID, allowing synchronizations to obtain information for the projects you are assigned to. You can then manually start a synchronization as follows.
A message saying that the current configuration file is out of date is the result of a legacy configuration migration. Select the cluster to which synchronized projects will be assigned, and then click OK.
To start a synchronization
Do one of the following:
Right-click the synchronization system tray icon, and then click Synchronize Now.
Open UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Synchronization Console, and then click Synchronize Now.
To cancel a synchronization
Do one of the following:
right-click the synchronization system tray icon, and then click Cancel Synchronization.
open UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Synchronization Console, and then click Cancel Synchronization.
A synchronization in progress is cancelled automatically when an interview is started in Interviewer Console. The Synchronize Now item on the synchronization system tray menu is disabled when an interview is in progress.
