You use Phone Participants to conduct interviews by telephone.
▪If an autodialer is not used, you request a number to call and then manually dial the number you have been given. Alternatively, you might be able to use a modem to dial the number automatically. For more information, see

If the participant agrees to be interviewed now, the call moves into the
interviewing phase and the first question is displayed. For more information, see
Conducting interviews.
An interview might also include a
reviewing phase, in which you review and if necessary amend the participant’s answers after the interview has finished. For more information, see
